TERMS AND CONDITIONS

» UNDER 18 POLICY

Guests under the age of 18 traveling without an adult must bring the signed parental consent form and a copy of the parent’s ID to stay at our hostel. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and can only stay in private rooms.

» BOOKING CANCELLATION

Barcelona bed and bike has a 48-hour cancellation policy prior 2pm arrival date

If you do not cancel your booking within this time it will result in payment of a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

» GROUP BOOKING

[ More than 6 people ]

If you have a group booking, we will always try our best to put the whole group in the same room, but it is not always possible to do so!

» PAYMENT AND ARRIVAL

Reception is open 24/7

Check in time 2pm
Check out time 11am

If you arrive before check in time, you can leave your luggage at the store with no charge and stay at the hostel.

Barcelona city tax is 4,68€ per person and night, not included in our rates. All other taxes are included.

You must pay on arrival by credit card (no american express), or cash (no bills bigger than 100€)

» DEPOSITS

We will ask you a 10€ deposit for the key card.
You can bring your own lock if you don’t, we sell for 3€.
Also, we rent towels for 3€.
In double rooms, towels are included.

» BIKE RENTAL

We rent cruising bikes for 7€ per day (from 8am until 9pm) a 100€ deposit will be required the signature of a specific contract as well. Bikes cannot be reserved. First to arrive first to serve.

» EXTRA BED

We have extra beds on disposal in case of 3 people in a double room, it must be ordered 48h prior arrival.
Room rate will be increased 40%.
